With 22 years experience in the printing industry, the last 17 years in plant management, Joe Tenyer's knowledge spans all sheet-fed offset processes. Prior to Jet, he served as plant manager at a $40 million commercial, label and packaging printer with 9 sheet-fed presses, and was responsible for all manufacturing concerns.

At Jet, Joe has built a dynamic team-one relationship at a time. He considers himself a "front-line" manager, working with each manager individually to identify unique strengths and to assist each person in realizing his or her potential. By clearly communicating expectations, Joe is also able to motivate and empower those with whom he works.

Joe's management style builds confidence and trust and, therefore, encourages effective collaboration. He is driven to continue to strengthen the team comprising manufacturing managers and supervisors and direct their joint efforts toward the common goal of producing a quality product on time.
